Information For Authors

For publication in the collection are accepted scientific articles that have not previously been published in other editions. In their preparation it is necessary to observe the requirements of the Resolution of the Higher Attestation Commission of Ukraine “On raising the requirements for professional publications included in the lists of the Higher Attestation Commission of Ukraine” dated 15.01.2003 № 7-05 / 1 regarding the content of scientific articles.

The structure of the article should consist of the following parts:

- statement of the problem,

- analysis of recent research and publications,

- formulation of the purpose of the article,

- presentation of the basic material,

- conclusions,

- used literature.

The article should be made in Ukrainian in Times New Roman 14 , with lines of text at one and a half intervals, with 20mm indentation. The list of used literature sources should be given at the end of the article in the order in which the corresponding references appear.

At the beginning of the article, the authors should indicate the UDC (Universal Decimal Classification) index, and after the author's data and the title of the article, provide annotations in Ukrainian, Russian and English. The annotations should be accompanied by a translation of the name, author's name and the title of the article into the appropriate language (in the abstract collection, the keywords are printed at the end of the published material). Additionally, an extended English abstract is submitted electronically for publication on the journal site. The translation of this abstract should be informative (do not contain general words); original (not to be a tracing paper Ukrainian or Russian); meaningful (reflect the main content of the article and research results); structured (follow the logic of describing the results in the article); "English" (written in excellent English); compact (fit between 150 and 250 words).

The author of the article is responsible for the accuracy of the stated information, quotations and references to literary sources, correct determination of the UDC index and translations of annotations on the article. In the text of the article, references to the sources used should be indicated by the ordinal number, separated by two square brackets, according to the list of sources. The author's explanations and examples should be given in parentheses directly in the text of the article. All materials are submitted in duplicate, one of which must be signed by the author. The total volume of the article should not exceed 24,000 printed characters (including spaces), that is, about 12 pages of text.

The editorial team reserves the right to edit, shorten, change the title of the article and introduce (change) the rubric of the internal parts of the text material. Submitted materials (manuscripts) are not returned by the editors. The author who submitted the materials is considered to agree to their further free placement in the library holdings in accordance with the mandatory mailing list of professional publications, as well as on the sites of the National Library of Ukraine named B .Vernadsky and Educational and Scientific Law Institute of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University.

The information about the author, with the following information, is attached to the above materials: surname, first name, patronymic, scientific degree (if any), academic title (if any), place of main work, contact phones, e-mail.
