Criminal law considerations on the draft Law «On Critical Infrastructure and its Protection»

The author points out that the explanatory note is unconvincing, because it proposes the definition of the basic principles of state policy in the field of critical infrastructure protection, regulation of legal and economic relations arising during such activities, the powers of state bodies in the field of critical infrastructure protection.
A number of inconsistencies in the text of the bill have been identified and own solutions to the problems of this bill have been proposed.
