Financial autonomy in higher education as a resource for providing quality of education

In the framework of this article, the implementation of financial autonomy of the institution of higher education and its implementation on the quality assurance of education were considered and analyzed. The basis for implementing the research goal is the use of such methods as logical analysis (analysis of the main components of the financial autonomy of higher education institution), synthesis (defined practical and applied aspects of the implementation of the process of financial autonomy, identified the main problems arising in the process of formation and functioning of the financial autonomy of the institution higher education), analytical (formulated recommendations for the development of financial autonomy of the institution of higher education in Ukraine). Based on the analysis, it was determined that obtaining financial autonomy by higher education institutions and obtaining the possibility of creating an endowment will have a fundamental impact on the quality of education of the institution – will increase the quality of training of specialists, their competitiveness in the labor market and will stimulate the development of science. Creating an endeavor as a resource for long-term development, new approaches to the development of higher education institutions are also determined, attracting funds from philanthropists, as well as creating new mechanisms for making managerial decisions. The state should go to equal partnership with higher educational institutions, to form new approaches to the development of domestic education that meets the modern world requirements.
