Abstract

In the article the processes of spiritual fillingness of personality of master’s degree of law are argumenting on principles in theory methodological to the analysis cultural certain essences educationally educate to the process. It is underlined  that only spirituality determines the master’s degree of law, as valuable personality which aspires to realization common to all mankind and national values in the justice space.

The  actual model of spiritual development of personality is opening the  process of spiritual self identity of the  humanity, the result  of which is it spiritual ascent on the top of perfection: from natural to social and farther, from social – to spiritual identity. What “constructions” of spiritual development of young man can be defined, having regard the cultural paradigma of modern space? The result of human ascent to perfection is priceless biological, social and spiritual experience, what spirit gets in the display in differently essence of personality, which makes maintenance of  spirituality. By the major condition of genesis education which life of spirit is not possible out of comes forward development of spirituality. Main setting of education – to do a man in all respects by a spiritual creature. Unlike natural human senses of limited by local authorities, a well-educated spirit acquires ability to accept for itself the worlds pure  and proper, not snapped to in the hard scopes of prejudices, be opened both to the past and modern and the future.

Antropological paradigma of spirituality determines a person as subject of culture which goes out on the special perception of the world, on the dynamics of search of the place in social and cultural time-space and follows in vital functions the greatest ideals of blessing, justice, truth, beauty.

The ways of expansion and deepening of understanding are examined morally spiritual to gap-fillingness of personality on principles  the analysis cultural certain features of development of spirituality of the future specialist including the personality oriented methods of educational process.
