Розглянуто питання використання стратегічного менеджменту як технології управління на підприємствах нафтогазового комплексу з метою забезпечення енергетичної безпеки України. Досліджено взаємозв’язок стратегічних планів у розрізі державного, галузевого управління та підприємств нафтогазового комплексу. Визначено, що нафтогазовий комплекс повинен не лише ефективно використовувати свій потенціал, але й створювати умови для формування нових конкурентних переваг, носіями яких мають стати підприємства і організації, що до нього входять. Обґрунтовано концепцію стратегічного управління на підприємствах нафтогазового комплексу в контексті енергетичної безпеки України.
