Peculiarities of the future foreign language teachers’ training in the conditions of informational and educational environment of higher educational establishments

The expediency of creating and maintaining the informational and educational environment of higher education establishments is revealed and the views of scholars on the definition of the “informational and educational environment of higher education establishments” are analyzed in the article. The informational and educational environment of the Khmelnytskyi National University is described and the peculiarities of the future foreign language teachers’ training in the conditions of the informational and educational environment of higher education establishments are revealed.
The necessity of creating and maintaining the informational and educational environment of higher education establishments is determined by a number of factors: an increase in the speed of the information and knowledge transfer; the need for dynamic adaptation of students and specialists to the environment and the social changes taking place in it; the need to reform education systems in accordance with the requirements of the information society (increasing productivity, transparency and flexibility of educational processes, training in accordance with the students’ needs and abilities). The definition of the informational and educational environment of the higher education establishments is given. It is interpreted as a multisubjective and multidisciplinary system, which combines informational educational resources, computer teaching aids, means of managing the educational process, pedagogical techniques, methods and technologies, and contributes to the formation of an intellectually developed, socially meaningful creative person with the necessary level of professional knowledge, skills and abilities. It is proved that the informational and educational environment has considerable potential for improving the quality of education of the future foreign language teachers and promotes awareness of students about the peculiarities of future professional activities, development of personal and professional qualities of students necessary for the successful entering the future profession; the construction of individual educational trajectories; development of creative abilities.
