Abstract

The article outlines the psychological and pedagogical preconditions of future teachers’ training for the legal education of junior pupils. In particular, the basis for studying the raised issue is the problem formulated by the scientists to the modern high pedagogical school of Ukraine – to educate a new generation of young teachers who can correctly perceive and act adequately. The generalization of the research results of various aspects of the future teacher’s professional training gives grounds to assert that their consolidating core was and is the personality of such a teacher, which, based on higher values of goodness, truth, beauty, etc., regulates the livelihoods of their pupils.
