ГАЛИЦЬКІ ЗАРУЧНИКИ З «ДІЯНЬ УГОРЦІВ»: СПРОБА ІДЕНТИФІКАЦІЇ

Стаття присвячена ретельному аналізу «Діянь Угорців» анонімного майстра П. (імовірно, домініканського ченця при дворі «молодшого короля» Бели у Трансильванії) на предмет кількості занотованих у творі випадків передачі мадярам синів-заручників з боку упокорених ними на шляху здобуття «нової батьківщини» володарів. Із кількох десятків такого штибу нотаток лише у трьох Анонім вказав чітку кількість заручників: володимирський князь передав до рук мадярів двох своїх синів, а галицький і болгарський – по одному. Відомо, що «Діяння Угорців» відтворили легендарний прихід мадярів-номадів у Дунайську низовину, накладаючи на події кінця ІХ – початку Х ст. певні шаблони з пізніших історичних подій утвердження чинної королівської династії від Адріатики до Карпат і Прикарпаття та від Татр до Трансильванії. Цей переказ містив цілком реальні історичні події, закамуфльовані під епос у характерному на той час стилі origo gentis. Утім, виняткова конкретика при згадці «Діяннями Угорців» володимирських, галицького і болгарського заручників дозволяє бачити у них сучасних (або добре відомих) Анонімові володарів, з якими він міг зустрічатися навіть особисто. Володимирськими заручниками можна вважати дітей князя Романа Мстиславовича – Данила і Василька. Галицький заручник – це, радше, князь Ярослав Володимиркович, котрийсь із його онуків, синів-бастардів Володимира Ярославовича, або син Романа Ігоревича, натомість болгарський – імовірно, син Івана Асеня ІІ Коломан. Принаймні запропоновані ідентифікації дозволяють вкотре засумніватися у постанні «Діянь Угорців» за правління Бели ІІІ, про що найактивніше пишуть в угорській історичній науці. Раціональніше виглядає версія підготовки твору при одному із дворів «молодшого короля» Бели (із 1235 р. – Бели IV) у Трансильванії із остаточним завершенням тексту поміж 1237/8–1241 рр. Логістику мадярського вимаршу зі Скіфії до Паннонії, вірогідно, Анонім відкорелював на основі тексту домініканського ченця Юліана, посталого під враженнями від другої поїздки у пошуках «Великої Угорщини».
