The article describes the concept of bullying and its features. One of the important modern directions of juvenile anti-criminal policy of Ukraine is combating bullying, which is based on various international documents, decisions of the European Court of Human Rights, which are recognized in Ukraine as a source of law, current legislation of Ukraine, legal positions of the Supreme Court.
