Legal regulation of restaurant activities
The article substantiates the theoretical and methodological principles of modern trends in the development of legal regulation of activities in the field of restaurant business and, on this basis, ways of improving the legal regulation of the management of restaurant business entities are developed. The main acts regulating the restaurant industry in Ukraine have been analyzed. the essence and significance of legal regulation of activity in the field of restaurant business, its features and requirements are determined. The organizational and legal forms of restaurant business management, requirements for restaurant business establishments based on DSTU and other acts, basic requirements for work and service in restaurant business establishments, regulation of other norms and standards are characterized. It was noted that the restaurant staff manager is an independent group of professional managers, the main goal of which is to increase the production, creative output and activity of the staff, to develop and implement a program for the development of personnel of establishments (enterprises) in the restaurant industry. It is shown that the current stage of development of legal regulation of activities in the field of restaurant industry can be characterized as a crisis with a low problem that complements its development. The main difficulties include: a political problem, as a result of which there was a sharp drop in the profitability of restaurant establishments; increase in the cost of running a restaurant business; lack of qualified personnel, etc. The problem with the development of the restaurant industry markets in certain regions of Ukraine is analyzed. The analysis of the existing legal regulation of activity in the field of restaurant business in Ukraine provided grounds for drawing appropriate conclusions. On this basis, develop and adopt the Concept of development of regulatory and legal regulation of activity in the field of restaurant business in Ukraine, as a final result - develop and adopt a separate draft law with the conditional title «On restaurants and restaurant business in Ukraine».
