Social networks as factor of forming of civil society

There is a key role of mass medias in functioning of civil society. Attention is accented on the role of social medias in becoming of civil society in the conditions of of informatively-communication revolution. The value of new possibilities of recreation of character, sound, text is underlined due to electronic technologies. It is
marked on a public inspection after power as functions of social medias.
