Decentralization in Ukraine: politico-legal aspects

Abstract

The article deals with status of decentralization of Ukraine and it’s regulatory documents. There have been proposed an analysis of formation of united territorial community in the cut of regions and present state. The problem and recommendation for solving one are shown.
