Abstract

This research is devoted to the theoretical and methodological problems of national security formation, the study of the mechanisms of formation and implementation of national security policy and the problem of determining the essence of national security, its interpretation, illumination of the basic features, which at the present stage has become a really important issue of the theory of security .
