About the Journal
The collection of scientific articles "Actual Problems of Improving the Current Legislation of Ukraine" has been published since 1997.

General scope: The collection of scientific papers "Actual Problems of Improving the Current Legislation of Ukraine" presents the results of theoretical and applied research in the field of law. Its pages feature studies on state-building, the theory and history of state and law, legal reform, the legal regulation of private and public law relations, combating crime, environmental protection, and related topics. The authors pay particular attention to substantiating proposals for improving the institutions of constitutional, civil, criminal, and other branches of law.
The publication is intended for researchers, lecturers, postgraduate students, doctoral candidates, undergraduate students, cadets, and trainees of higher legal education institutions, as well as for practising lawyers. More about the aim and section structure
