The editorial board of the collection of scientific articles "Actual Problems of Improving the Current Legislation of Ukraine" ensures adherence to the principles of confidentiality with regard to the personal data of website users, authors, and the materials they submit, at all stages of the editorial and publishing process.

Processing of Personal Data

Personal data — in particular names, affiliations, and email addresses — entered on the website of the collection are used exclusively for editorial and publishing purposes. This information is not transferred to third parties and is not used for commercial purposes. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the applicable legislation of Ukraine and with the provision of an appropriate level of information protection.

Confidentiality of Submitted Materials

Information contained in submitted manuscripts is confidential and is disclosed only to persons involved in the editorial and peer review process. Unpublished materials may not be used in one's own research without the written consent of the authors.

Information contained in a submitted article must not be used in any work of the Editor-in-Chief or members of the editorial board without the written consent of the author. Confidential information or ideas obtained in the course of peer review must be kept in confidence and may not be used for personal gain.
