Abstract

The article is devoted to the investigation of the principles of labor law, which have been enshrined in the draft Labor Code of Ukraine. The fact that their formation is influenced by the development of labor relations, which in modern conditions is accompanied by constant modernization and adaptation of the latter to the current requirements of the labor market is substantiated. This is explained by the fact that in recent years there has been a significant renewal of the forms and ways of using of human labor, the tools and means of making public goods have changed, the demand for automation of production has increased, which could not leave the labor relations unaffected.

The indicated changes in labor relations undoubtedly create the need for rethinking existing and enshrining new principles of labor law that can be implemented in the draft Labor Code of Ukraine. In addition, the systematic analysis of the principles of labor law proposed in the draft Labor Code of Ukraine, as well as the clarification of their content and significance in the current conditions of the development of labor relations, lead to the conclusions about their relevance and advisability of enshrinement in labor legislation.
