CURRENT TRENDS IN DIGITALIZATION OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

. The article is devoted to the study of modern trends in the development of industrial enterprises in the conditions of digitalization. It is studied that the process of digitalization involves the transition of all existing processes (production, technical, operational, economic) of industrial enterprises to the digital environment. It is proved that the transition to the digital environment involves large-scale changes affecting all aspects of the activities of industrial enterprises with the need to use such tools as: digital information and communication technologies; technologies of electronic-digital exchange of production and technical data using the Electronic Data Interchange protocol; adaptation of methods and techniques of digital analysis and processing of large arrays of technical data using Big Data technology; use of cloud and foggy digital computing technology using the Cloud Computing electronic accounting protocol. A hierarchical business structure of an industrial enterprise is proposed, taking into account digitalization processes. The problems faced by industrial enterprises in the process of digital transformation are outlined. A scheme of digitalization of system and production elements at an industrial enterprise is presented. The prerequisites for ensuring the process of digitalization of industrial enterprises through the introduction of digital technologies are considered, including. The prerequisites for analytical and technological support of digitalization of industrial enterprises are analyzed. The impact of digitalization on the transformation of areas of activity of industrial enterprises is studied. The value of the process of digitalization of industrial enterprises is substantiated and the main aspects are highlighted. A list of priority measures to support the digitalization of industrial enterprises by the state is proposed. It has been proven that the combination of digital technological knowledge, the dominant high culture of production organization in the form of flexible forms of reducing the time for performing individual parts of system processes, and therefore reducing production costs and accelerating decision-making at all levels of management, contributes to increasing the quality of industrial products, which in turn makes it possible to increase competitiveness of the enterprise in the market
