Abstract

The authors of the article published the descriptive part of the inventory of the Halych starostvo of 1582 which related to the Starostа Castle of Halych. The document currently remains the oldest detailed description of the Halych stronghold, which illustrates the hitherto unknown and little-studied pages of the most critical defensive outpost of the Halych land during the Late Middle Ages and Early Modern Times.
