Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • Authors publishing in this journal agree to the following terms:

    1. The authors reserve the right to the authorship of their work and transfer to the magazine the right to the first publication of this work under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License, which allows others to freely distribute the published work with a mandatory reference to the authors of the original work and the first publication of the work in this magazine

    2. Authors have the right to conclude independent additional agreements regarding the non-exclusive distribution of the work in the form in which it was published by this journal (for example, to place the work in the electronic repository of the institution or to publish as part of a monograph), provided that the link to the first publication of the work in this magazine

    3. The policy of the journal allows and encourages authors to post a manuscript on the Internet (for example, in institutional repositories or on personal websites), both before submitting this manuscript to the editors and during its editorial processing, as this contributes to the emergence of productive scientific discussions and has a positive effect on the effectiveness and dynamics of citing published work.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Deposit system - By choice; Flexibility: The author can choose whether to deposit his work or not. A URL to a document with a list of services is specified, from which the author can choose a separate deposit point. Depositing takes place after the author is notified of the acceptance of his manuscript.

Personal information (including names, affiliations, and email addresses) entered on the journal website is used exclusively for editorial and publication purposes.

Such information will not be shared with third parties or used for commercial purposes.

The journal processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and ensures appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.

Information contained in submitted manuscripts is treated as confidential and is disclosed only to those involved in the editorial and peer-review process.

Unpublished materials may not be used for personal research or advantage without explicit written consent of the authors.
