Submission Process

Before submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that:

  • The manuscript has not been previously published in a peer-reviewed journal and is not under consideration elsewhere.
  • If the manuscript has been posted as a preprint, this has been disclosed to the editorial office.
  • All authors have approved the submission and agree to its publication under the journal’s licensing terms (CC BY 4.0).
  • The manuscript complies with the journal’s Focus and Scope.
  • The manuscript file is submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
  • The text adheres to the formatting and bibliographic requirements specified in the Author Guidelines.
  • All figures, tables, and illustrations are properly integrated into the manuscript and cited in the text.
  • Where available, DOIs or URLs are provided for references.
  • A Conflict of Interest statement is included.
  • Funding information is clearly stated (if applicable).
  • A Data Availability Statement is included (where applicable).
  • Any use of artificial intelligence tools in the preparation of the manuscript has been properly disclosed.
  • The manuscript has been checked for language quality and clarity.
