Abstract

Investigated the institutional processes in ethnic policy of Austria-Hungary, on the rights and needs of ethnic political actors, processes, internal and external institutionalization of Ukrainian, Polish, Hebrew, Romanian and German political actors Galicia and Bukovina.Based on a combination of methodological
approaches – symbolic relationism, ethnical symbolism, methods of phenomenological, structural, functional, systems and methodology of neo-institutionalism, rational choice theory – highlights features of the implementation power interests, the creation of political institutions, the implementation of public policies ethnic actors.
