Government offices and their implications in the context of the formation of the political system of Moldova (1991–2001)
Abstract
The article is dedicated to analyzing the process of Moldovan political system formation in 1991–2001. The author defined the place of cabinets in the context of semi-presidentialism in Moldova, analyzed constructions of party (one-party and coalition) and nonparty (technocratic) cabinets, described the difference
between them in context of premier-presidential semi-presidentialism, and examined causes of Moldovan political system transformation in direction of parliamentarism.
