Abstract

In this article is analysed the evolution of party systems in the Central and Eastern Europe, considers general features and conditions of the transformation from one-party system to a multiparty system. Finding out the factors that influenced the formation of a multiparty political system and political regime in general and it is also analysed the specific of party identification.
