Abstract

Today it is widely acknowledged that the leading countries are those with the most highly qualified human resources. Modern development of the society necessitates a new system of education, that of “innovative education”, which forms the ability of projective determination of the future among its pupils, as well as selfconfidence and belief in one’s professional capabilities. The formation of modern youth in post-Soviet space, coincided with an age of reform; a period of socio-economic, ideological and cultural transformation. In an attempt to realise ones potential, youths are confronted with the consequences of reforms and the implications of internationalization and globalization. As a result, they encounter objective difficulties, which need constant assessment, analysis and search for optimal solutions.
