Abstract

In the article the biological, anthropological and philosophical arguments of status of embryo of man are examined as personality, provided with human dignity, and which deserves honour. It is objective basis on which state laws are formulated on defence of human life from the first moments of his existence. Examined etiko-legal aspects of government control of the system of health protection in Ukraine on principles of Christian ethics and bioethics in relation to the saving of human life and honour of dignity of man on all stages of its development.
