Juridical principles of forming sphere of society in Galychyna at the second half of nineteenth century

Abstract

The article reveals the essence of the imperial legislation of Austria-Hungary, which guarantees the development of political, social and economic, cultural, educational, religious and spiritual rights of Ukrainian. The place and role of the Greek Catholic clergy in the national political movement have been defined. Based on the classification of the spiritual spheres of society on the individual, collective, national and society, highlights the specific features of Galychyna Ukrainians spiritual consciousness.
