Abstract

In the article the nature of e-petitions as a special form of citizens’ collective appeals to the authorities is examined, the state and prospects of its implementation in Ukraine are analyzed. It focuses on the attempts of political manipulation and political-legal mechanisms of the protection of this tool of e-democracy.
