Abstract

Іn the article the process of forming and інституціоналізації politically of science is investigated in a western political idea, that an end of ХІХ is the first half of ХХ to the century Obvious there is a statement, that political science is based on wide intellectual tradition. To her it is possible to take ancient philosophy of Platon and Aristotle, studies about the state and right for the Roman lawyers, "realism" of N. of Makiavelli, theory of sovereignty of J.Boden, studies about distribution of power of Charles de Montesquieu, political opinion of classic German philosophy and many other. However further інституціоналізація of political knowledge, forming of independent area of political researches and development of specific methods of analysis resulted in appearance of political science penecontemporaneous in a number of occident.
