Peculiarities Of Regulation Of Legal Problems Of Social Protection Of Internally Displaced Persons In Ukraine

The article analyzes the legal problems of internally displaced persons; the main aspects of social protection of internally displaced persons in Ukraine are identified; the rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons are outlined; problems of legal regulation of problems of internally displaced persons in Ukraine are considered.
The article outlines the following main legal aspects of social protection for internally displaced persons: creation of a multidimensional system for monitoring the needs of forced internally displaced persons, activating social support for internally displaced persons, improving the conditions for registration of HPE, expanding the network of institutions providing social services for settlers, concluding a simplified procedure for getting involuntary internally displaced persons of a new place of employment and access to retraining, respectively, d available vacancies, - in general, all of them are regulated by the laws of Ukraine, regulations and social security regulations are forced on internally displaced persons in Ukraine.
The basis of the legislative base on the HPE, which unites the normative acts, the Law of Ukraine «On ensuring the rights and freedoms of citizens and the legal regime in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine», the Law of Ukraine «On ensuring the rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons», Resolution No. 371 on registration of internally displaced persons, Regulation No. 505 on the provision of monthly targeted assistance to internally displaced persons to cover residential expenses, including housing and communal services, Regulation No. 509 on the Registration of Internally Displaced Persons, Resolution No. 689 on the Implementation of Social Payments for Internally Displaced Persons, Resolution No. 256 approving the Procedure for the Use of Funds Received from Individuals and Legal Persons to Provide One-Time Cash Assistance to Victims and Internally Displaced Persons.
