The article investigates modern approaches to ensuring the investment security of agricultural enterprises in Ukraine under martial law and the transformation of the market environment, based on monitoring their development. It substantiates that investment security is an important component of an enterprise’s economic security, ensuring the stability of its investment activities, protection of capital from internal and external threats, efficient use of resources, and the formation of prerequisites for long-term development. The main theoretical models for ensuring investment security are considered. The importance of a systematic combination of reactive, proactive, and strategic approaches to risk management is determined. Current trends in investment activity in Ukraine’s agricultural sector are analyzed, including technical modernization, digitalization of production, development of logistics infrastructure, processing industries, alternative energy, and organic production. It is established that, under wartime conditions, the investment priorities of agricultural enterprises are shifting from extensive business expansion toward improving operational efficiency, achieving energy independence, technological modernization, and diversification. Particular attention is paid to the impact of war-related risks, landmining, disruptions to logistics chains, rising resource costs, and limited access to financing on enterprises’ investment activities. The main sources of investment financing are characterized, including enterprises’ own funds, bank lending, government support programs, and resources provided by international financial institutions. Trends in the mergers and acquisitions market in the agricultural sector and the shift in investment priorities toward infrastructure and processing assets are examined. It is concluded that enhancing the investment security of agricultural enterprises requires comprehensive risk monitoring, rational resource management, active implementation of innovations and digital technologies, and the use of diversification instruments. The implementation of these measures will contribute to strengthening enterprises’ financial stability, increasing their competitiveness, preserving production potential, and creating a foundation for the post-war recovery of Ukraine’s agricultural sector.
