ІНТЕГРАЦІЯ АГРАРНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ У МІЖНАРОДНИЙ ЕКОНОМІЧНИЙ ПРОСТІР В УМОВАХ ІНСТИТУЦІЙНИХ ТУРБУЛЕНТНОСТЕЙ ВОЄННОГО ЧАСУ: ТЕОРЕТИЧНИЙ АСПЕКТ

Стаття спрямована на розкриття теоретичних аспектів інтеграції у міжнародний економічний простір в умовах інституційних турбулентностей. Теоретико-методично узагальнено і охарактеризовано аспекти засад функціонування й розвитку аграрних підприємств за впливу воєнного часу. Виокремлено організаційно-економічні ознаки інтеграції в аграрному секторі з оцінкою особливостей реалізації міжнародного вектору цього процесу. Кваліфіковано сутність поняття «інтеграція у міжнародний економічний простір» й проаналізовано флуктуації агрогосподарської системи. Концептуалізовано аналіз чинників мотивації інтегрування аграрних підприємств у ринкову систему Європейського Союзу. Обґрунтовано національну інституційну специфіку розвитку процесів інтеграції аграрних суб’єктів господарювання. Визначено інституційні ознаки інтеграції в рамках сучасної парадигми розвитку підприємництва в аграрній сфері. Узагальнено ролі організаційно-правових форм господарювання у реалізації інституційних спроможностей підприємств досягати стійкості бізнесу на внутрішньому і зовнішньому ринках. Охарактеризовано інституційні типи інтегрованих структур, їх роль та функціонал у досягненні балансу вигід і витрат. Визначено організаційно-інституційні характеристики інтеграції щодо формування підприємницької екосистеми в умовах турбулентності воєнного часу. Теоретично обґрунтована доцільність інтеграції аграрних підприємств у міжнародний економічний простір, з виокремленням інституційних типів, для досягнення ефективного балансу вигід і витрат й мінімізації впливу воєнних ризиків. Доведено інституційні спроможності аграрних структур досягати конкурентоспроможності на внутрішньому і зовнішньому ринках. Означено концептуальні пріоритетні можливості інтеграції для забезпечення інституційної стійкості підприємств в умовах воєнного часу. Розкрито національну специфіку інституційної інтеграції підприємницьких формувань аграрної сфери у європейську модель економічних відносин агропродовольчого ринку. Позиціоновано концепт пізнання інтеграції аграрних підприємств у міжнародний економічний простір в умовах інституційних турбулентностей воєнного часу.
