Abstract

The article is aimed at studying the state provision of economic security of Ukraine under martial law. The purpose of the study is to analyze the main threats to the economic security of the state during the war and to develop comprehensive approaches to strengthening financial, energy, food and technological security.

The work uses the methods of system analysis, comparative-historical method, structural-functional approach, inductive-deductive analysis, as well as elements of forecasting socio-economic processes.

Scientific novelty. For the first time, the relationship between financial, energy, military-economic and food security under martial law in Ukraine is considered in a comprehensive way. The need for dispersed strategic food reserves and adaptive models of management of relocated production is substantiated.

The paper analyzes modern threats to the financial stability of the state, including the growth of external debt and the risks of default due to the conditions of international credit obligations. The impact of globalization on economic security and the need to intensify state regulation of economic processes is described.

It is established that in wartime conditions, the role of the state as an active participant in economic processes increases: planning, strategic regulation, protection of the domestic market and stimulation of the development of national production. The importance of adaptation to the changed conditions of international competition and the intensification of the policy of economic sovereignty is emphasized. It is concluded that ensuring economic security requires a comprehensive approach that combines the reform of internal sectors, integration into world economic processes, mobilization of resources and strengthening resilience to external threats.

Practical significance. The results obtained can be used to develop state strategies for the economic recovery of Ukraine, improve emergency response mechanisms, plan the post-war reconstruction of the country, as well as to increase the resilience of the national economy in the face of global challenges.
