TO THE HISTORY OF HALYCH ARCHITECTURE OF THE 12th–13th CENTURIES

The article is devoted to the examples of Halych medieval architecture, the quatrefoil in the Poberezhzhia village in particular. Formation of the local architectural school was studied by analyzing the temples of Halych which were investigated by carrying out archaeological excavations in the XIX–XX centuries. The author proves that architectural traditions of Poland, the Czech Republic and Hungary in particular had a noticeable influence on its development.
