The article examines femininatives in the texts of documents, the difficulties of their use, the challenges that arise before us, which give rise to difficulties and discussions among different segments of the population regarding the use of femininatives in the texts of documents, because the institutions of the state have different attitudes to the use of femininitives. It has been found that the legislative framework, state standards and the Classifier of Professions are at different stages of arrangement within the framework of the discussion of the issue of the use of feminine forms in the texts of documents. The article discusses future steps regarding state language standards, in particular: creation of an interdepartmental working group of representatives of the Commission on State Language Standards, the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service Issues, the NGO «EdCamp Ukraine»; creation of an expert group on the state language of the Directorate of Interaction of the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine and others; discussion of ways of gender balancing «Profession Classifier DK 003:2010»; development of additional clarifications regarding the use of feminized names of professions and positions in the official sphere; conducting a survey on the commission’s Facebook page; creation of a dictionary of femininity in order to indicate the positions of diplomatic and civil service, taking into account the gender component. It has been determined that the use of feminine forms in personnel activities is currently not advisable, this issue is still being studied, therefore it is not recommended to make entries in work books, employment contracts and other personnel documentation indicating professions with feminine forms, because the corresponding changes have not yet been made to other normative – legal acts. In order to write professions in the feminine gender, it is necessary to make changes to the Procedure for the formation and submission of a report from the State Employment Service, the Instructions on the procedure for keeping the labor records of employees.
