Abstract
This article examines archaeozoological materials from the site of Zalukva, locality “Sad,” where archaeological excavations were carried out in 2022–2023 by the National Reserve "Ancient Halych" under the supervision of Taras Tkachuk. The study identifies the taxonomic and age composition of the faunal assemblage and analyzes traces of anthropogenic and environmental modifications observed on the bones. Given the very limited size of the sample, continued investigation of the site is required to draw reliable and comprehensive conclusions.
