Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Privacy Statement
The Chief Editor of the scientific journal "Information Technologies and Engineering Electronics", as well as members of the editorial board, have no right to disclose information about submitted manuscripts to anyone else, except for the author, reviewers, potential reviewers, consultants to the editorial board, and the publisher.
The names and email addresses entered in this journal site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.
The information contained in the submitted article should not be used in any of the editor-in-chief’s and editorial board members’ own work without the written permission of the author. Confidential information or ideas obtained during the review should be kept confidential and not used for personal gain. The editor-in-chief should recuse himself from the review if there is a conflict of interest arising from competition, collaboration, or other relationship with any of the authors, companies, or institutions involved in the article. The editor-in-chief should require all journal authors to disclose relevant competing interests and to publish corrections if a conflict of interest is discovered after publication. Other appropriate action may be taken, such as publishing a rebuttal, correcting the text, etc.
