Abstract

The article examines the issue of emotional burnout among preschool education teachers under military state and justify the relevance of using art practices as an effective method for preventing and overcoming professional burnout syndrome. It is proved that art practices help reduce stress levels, restore internal resources, improve psycho-emotional well-being and create a favorable microclimate within the pedagogical environment. Practical recommendations for the prevention of emotional burnout under conditions of increased psychological pressure are offered.
