FORMATION OF THE PROFESSIONAL IMAGE OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS IN THE «HUMAN – TO – HUMAN» SPHERE AS AN IMPORTANT COMPONENT OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN MODERN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

Abstract

Тhe current aspects of the formation of the specialists professional image in the «human – to – human» sphere as a guarantee of their career growth and self-realization in professional activity are revealed in the article. The need to form an individual professional image, starting from the student years, is substantiated. The main structural components of the professional image of future teachers, medics, lawyers and the main stages of their formation are determined. It is emphasized that in the educational process of modern higher education institutions is necessary to provide special pedagogical conditions for the formation of the professional image of education seekers. The experience of Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University in organizing an innovative educational project «I am a Specialist» is presented with the aim of mastering the skills of individual professional positioning and personal brand formation by future and current healthcare professionals.
