Abstract

The given article focuses on the reasonability of supporting the active and productive vital activities in the informational society, the enhancement of quality, accessibility and efficiency of education, the arrangement of educational conditions of lifelong learning process for everybody, due to the wide application of methods and aids of ICT and computer-oriented technologies in the educational process. It has been suggested to improve the mastering of foreign languages (English as an example) implementing the core learning, integration intensification, broadening the implementation of ICT in the general schools, vocational schools and graduate and undergraduate engineering educational institutions. To implement this process successfully it has been offered to create the following automated systems: developing the computer-oriented programmed-methodical complexes, supporting the scientific studies, monitoring the results of pedagogical innovations implementation, assessment and monitoring of the learning activities outcome, supporting the learning process. It is helpful in creating a pattern of the advanced competitive engineer of the 21st century.
