Abstract

The article reveals the reflexive competence structural components (prognostic, research, ontological) and the main qualities inherent in reflexive and competent future physical education teacher. Also it is submitted the ratio of educational process subjects to modern physical education teacher personality traits divided into three groups: those that characterize teacher personality; those that are manifested in teacher and subjects interaction during the educational process; and those that help to influence on schoolchildren and teacher's environment.

There was considered the question of pedagogical practice influence on reflexive competence, ways of its formation and evaluation criteria. Its efficiency on the basis of comparative analysis of main components formation indicators was observed.
