Abstract

The article is devoted to one of the important conditions for forming the future teacher's professional-value orientations related to the motivational sphere of personality. Different views of scientists on the concept of "motive", types of motives (cognitive, social), their manifestations during educational activities are analyzed. It is proved that systematic positive motivation determines the orientation of the person on humanization and humanitarization in society, the priority of universal values, their direct influence on the level of vocational training.
