The article indicates the implementation of the model and organizational and methodological conditions for continuous training of future pharmaceutical professionals. In the course of the research, we made an important contribution to our own definition of the category "organizational and methodological conditions", which we interpret as a system of interconnected components that help in the purposeful management of the educational sphere of continuous training of pharmaceutical specialists. We also substantiate our proposed model of continuous professional training of future specialists in the pharmaceutical field and determine that it is a constant, holistic process of professional training. It is determined that organizational and methodological conditions play an important role in ensuring the functioning of the model of continuous professional training of future pharmacy specialists, namely: quality management in higher educational institutions; implementation of educational activities under the credit-module system of organization of the educational process; providing intellectual and human resources for the implementation of professional training; educational and methodical support of the educational process; application of interactive teaching methods in the process of professional training of future specialists; monitoring the quality of professional training of future pharmacy specialists.
