Abstract

The article examines certain aspects of the professional development of primary school teachers due to the introduction of the "New Ukrainian School" concept. The materials present the results of the research, which took place in two stages. At the first, the results of the piloting of the new State Standard of Primary Education were summarized. The second is a survey of primary school teachers who implement innovations. First of all, it concerned the understanding of the key ideas of NUS, the changes that have taken place in the professional activity of teachers, and the subjective assessment of their results.
