Abstract

The article outlines the problem of developing the pedagogical competence of future teachers from the current standpoint. It is emphasized that this process should be continuous and aimed at developing a novel strategy that is. А. Сембрат focused on the demand for competitive teachers in the labor market. The author conducted a comparative analysis of the system of professional development of future teachers in higher education institutions based on the example of Ukraine as well as some countries in Europe and other parts of the world. The author characterized the modern global and domestic experience of professional development of students as future specialists in the process of obtaining education in higher education institutions.
