FORMATION OF THE PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE LEGAL EXPERTS AND LAW TEACHERS IN THE MODERN EDUCATIONAL DIMENSION

Abstract

The article substantiates the importance of the formation of professional competence of future legal scholars and law teachers in the context of society's requirements. The author considered the requirements not only for the professional legal field of activity, but also for the individual in general. The structural characteristics of the professional training of future legal scholars in institutions of higher education are presented. On the basis of the scientific source base, the essence of the "professional training" category was determined; the factors that affect the process of formation of professional competence are specified.
