Abstract

The article defines the philosophical principles of the educational process of training future specialists of physical culture and sports and proves their decisive role in the formation of highly professional and morally mature specialists. It is substantiated that the sports sphere is a multidimensional phenomenon that encompasses not only physical training, but also a number of psychological, cultural and social factors, therefore it requires a comprehensive approach to professional education. It is established that the key substantive parameters (integrity, ethics, innovation and social responsibility) set the direction for the formation of a harmonious and effective educational environment in which students have the opportunity to reveal their potential and acquire the necessary competencies. Philosophical paradigms (humanistic, existential-value and pragmatic) are characterized, each of which emphasizes different aspects of human interaction with sport, allowing the formation of individual trajectories of professional growth. Thanks to the integration of these philosophical guidelines into the modern educational process, it was proven that the combination of practical and theoretical components contributes to the holistic development of a specialist. This enables a deep understanding of moral and ethical principles, the need for a critical attitude to the latest technologies, and also forms the ability to responsibly influence the social environment. Students who are aware of the social mission of sport develop not only professional skills, but also leadership and communication skills, which open the way to conscious and confident professional activity. In addition, the presence of a philosophical foundation helps future specialists navigate in the conditions of globalization, digitalization and increased requirements for personal qualities, creating an integrated view of sports activities and its role in the life of society. Thus, the results of the study confirm the importance of conceptual understanding of the process of training physical education and sports specialists and deepen the understanding of how philosophy can become the foundation for the formation of competitive, spiritually rich and socially responsible professionals.
