FORMATION OF THE MANAGEMENT CULTURE OF THE HEAD OF A MODERN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION

The article considers the phenomenon of the manager's managerial culture as a key factor in the effective functioning of a modern educational institution in the context of transformational changes. The authors emphasize the need to combine professional competence, emotional intelligence, strategic thinking and ethical responsibility in managerial activity. An analysis of scientific approaches to the definition of the concept of "managerial culture", its functions and components is carried out. It is determined that managerial culture is an integral characteristic of the manager's personality, which includes value-motivational, emotional-volitional, cognitive, managerial-praxeological, control-evaluation and subjective components. The concepts of "managerial culture" and "management culture" are distinguished, which allows for a deeper understanding of the internal and external aspects of managerial activity. The main functions of managerial culture are outlined, including: communicative and informational, design, predictive, motivational, leadership, implementation, training, education, control, evaluation and correction. It is emphasized that a high level of managerial culture contributes to the formation of an effective management culture, the development of the teaching staff and the creation of a favorable educational environment. The article is interdisciplinary in nature and is based on the achievements of pedagogy, psychology, management and cultural studies. The conclusion is made about the need for further research to clarify the content of the concept of "managerial culture" and the development of effective management strategies in the field of education.
