The collection of scientific articles "Actual Problems of Improving of Current Legislation of Ukraine" adheres to the principles of academic integrity, transparency, and the best international publishing practices. The editorial policy and publication ethics of the collection comply with the Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing, formulated by the international organisations COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics), DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals), OASPA (Open Access Scholarly Publishing Association), and EASE (European Association of Science Editors).

The collection ensures:

  • transparency and openness of the processes of submission, peer review, and publication of scientific materials;
  • impartiality, independence, and accountability of editors and reviewers;
  • adherence to the principles of academic integrity, in particular the prevention of plagiarism, fabrication or falsification of results, duplicate publication, and other forms of research misconduct;
  • a clear definition of each author's contribution to the preparation of the publication;

  • a defined and transparent procedure for the retraction of articles, as well as for the publication of notices of errors and corrections.
