The Formation Of The Legislation On Consumers' Rights Protection In The Sphere Of Service

Abstract

It was investigated the history of formation of the legislation on consumers' rights protection through the prism of the sphere of service for deeper understanding the problem of given legal relationship. On the basis of the historical analysis the formation of the legislation on consumers' rights protection in the sphere of service, it is found the problems and peculiarities of the current state of the Ukrainian legislation in the sphere of consumers' rights protection service.
