Abstract

In the article «defendant’s absence» as a condition for default consideration of a civil case is analyzed. A classification of the grounds for “defendant’s absence” from the analysis of provisions of the Ukrainian Civil Procedure Code is made. Problems of the defendant’s absence from the court are highlighted.
